Step one: Base Insulation

Therefore, base insulation is specially designed for this condition, The Typhoon spa has a thick sheet of aluminum pack with many samll air inflated pockets. This protection will result in less heat loss.

The insulation between the spa shell and the ground is the material named Polyurethane (PU) 18mm High density PU foam, ever since this material has been invented, it was soon becoming the super star in the field of house building & construction industry as joist cavity insulation. The compressive-strength properties, and temperature resistance up to 300 degrees F, then subsequently, we take this as the only material to use in our spa shell insulation.
